We specialise in advisory and carrying out executive search recruitment processes. In relation to our activity, we collect and store primarily personal data of persons of outstanding professional experience and extraordinary qualifications. We respect and care for your privacy, therefore we strictly observe the following rules.

(I)            We do not provide personal data to our client without obtaining a clear consent of the data subject.

(II)          We maintain utmost caution at processing personal data.

(III)         We process personal data only in necessary scope.

Your personal data will not be provided to the entities on behalf of which Amrop Polska carries out recruitment processes, without your consent. In extraordinary situations, justice authorities or other entities may be entitled to receive your personal data under binding laws and Amrop Polska may be obliged to provide them. Your personal data may also be provided within normal course of business cooperation – in necessary extent and for necessary period of time – to entities affiliated in Amrop organisation or entities performing for Amrop Polska services directly connected with processing your personal data (inter alia in order to protect and secure your personal data).

You have right to:

a)    request from Amrop Polska access to your personal data, to rectify them, to erase them or to restrict its processing,

b)    object to the processing of your personal data,

Amrop Polska does not make decisions that have a binding legal effect that at the same time are a result of processing personal data by automated means, including decisions resulting from profiling.

Your personal data are processed for the purpose of maintaining business relations with regard to activity carried out by Amrop Polska, to carry out (on behalf of entities cooperating with Amrop Polska or on its own behalf) recruitment processes. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is legitimate interest pursued by the controller – maintaining business relations with regard to activity carried out by Amrop Polska, carrying out (on behalf of entities cooperating with Amrop Polska or on its own behalf) recruitment processes.

Amrop Polska processes the following categories of your personal data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, place of employment, position. We have obtained your data from publicly accessible sources (e.g. LinkedIn).

Your personal data will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes of data processing described above and after the purposes are fulfilled, the data will be stored in necessary extent and in time period needed to fulfill duties provided by law. It means that due to the nature of the purpose of data processing (carrying out recruitment processes), your personal data will be processed for that purpose at least until they are erased at your demand.

Your personal data may be transferred to recipients from countries outside of the European Economic Area, in particular to entities being members of the Amrop organisation. The personal data may be transferred to recipients from third countries, regarding which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision. Your personal data will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes of data processing described above and after the purposes are fulfilled, the data will be stored in necessary extent and in time period needed to fulfill duties provided by law. It means that due to the nature of the purpose of data processing (carrying out recruitment processes), your personal data will be processed for that purpose at least until they are erased at your demand.

Providing the data is voluntary, but failure to provide them results in lack of possibility to include you in recruitment processes or to contact you.

In case when you have given consent to processing personal data for recruitment purposes:

Your personal data are processed for the purpose of carrying out recruitment processes,. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent. You are allowed to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, however it is necessary for the abovementioned purposes of data processing. Failure to provide personal data or withdrawing your consent will result in lack of ability to include you in recruitment processes.

Your personal data will be kept no longer than necessary to fulfill the purposes of data processing described above and after the purposes are fulfilled, the data will be stored in necessary extent and in time period needed to fulfill duties provided by law. It means that due to the nature of the purpose of data processing (carrying out recruitment processes), your personal data will be processed for that purpose at least until you withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data or you resign from participating in the recruitment processes.

Your personal data may be provided to the entities empowered to receive the data under binding laws, including competent justice authority. Your personal data may also be provided in necessary extent and for necessary period of time to third parties appointed by Amrop Polska including entities involved in performing with Amrop Polska activities regarding actions taken on your behalf in order to fulfill the purpose of processing your personal data.
