Scope of responsibilities: implementation of an effective FTL product development strategy and its implementation together with company's operational mission to manufacture and control forwarding services in the FTL area, development of service infrastructure at national and international level, co-operation in creating and implementing tasks, promotion of FTL products in internal sales structures and operations, team management, cooperation and negotiation with partners and carriers in FTL, coordination of job offers, research, optimization and improvement of operational processes in terms of business, delivering on long-term goals, coordinating cooperation between departments.
- Extensive knowledge in the strategic development and management of domestic and international forwarding of the FTL area.
- Extensive professional experience from a mature company / corporation.
- Experience in managing large structures and teams of people.
- Leadership, hands-on approach, strong focus on performance, engagement.
- Action style based on clearly defined operational parameters (KPIs) and teamwork.
- Entrepreneurship and ability to define own responsibilities - proactive.
- Fluent English (B2 / C1 level) plus Polish as mother language and university education are obligatory.
