For our Client, leading company in Food Production industry / Agriculture sector, we are looking for the Candidate for the position of Country Sales Director.

Scope of responsibilities: developing sales and marketing policies and implementing the strategies defined by the Management Board, preparing and monitoring sales and marketing budget, building B2B relationship with key customers, analyzing sales statistics to determine sales policy, analyzing market to determine customers’ needs, prices, as well as the nature and significance of competition, managing Sales Department by recruiting and training staff, monitoring sales by supervising Managers, managing Product Department in order to adapt marketing strategies to the market situation, developing marketing strategies, planning and establishing lines for each product group.
