The Job

Our client is a multichannel marketing platform operator, set up in Tricity in 2009. Its global operations spread across Europe, Asia and both Americas through the branches located in Poland, USA, China, Russia, France, Spain and Brasil. The company is undergoing a dynamic growth which requires putting additional efforts into improvement of its efficiency, management and reporting systems and implementing transparent procedures and processes.

Key goals:

  • Active participation and input in 3-year strategy development.
  • Leading organizational structures further development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ongoing of sales and marketing team management
  • Comprehensive finance and administration team management.
  • Business reporting system improvement as well as work efficiency increase in particular departments, especially in the financial team.
  • Efficient feedback system development for teams and individuals - especially in the sales team.
  • Supervision of external business partners’ cooperation – tax advisors, business advisors, legal counsellors.
  • Strengthening soft HR functions.

Requirements

  • MA degree, preferably in Management, Economics or Administration.
  • Team management experience in a medium or large company operating internationally, ideally with a technological profile.
  • Intercultural and/or working abroad experience.
  • Proven experience in upscaling business from small to medium would be an additional asset.
  • Fluent English.
