The Job

Our Client is a leading cosmetics’ manufacturer in Poland, specializing in oral care, face, body and hair care. The company is responsible for creating formulas for own brands, manufacturing and filling formulas for external clients. Due to the constant growing scale of operations, the intention of further expansion of the company on international markets and attention to development, which since last year is strongly supported by the majority financial investor, our Client is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Director. Main tasks and requirements listed below:
  • Reporting to GM
  • Creating and implementing trade and development policy
  • Creating and implementing sales plans on Polish and foreign markets
  • Acquiring new clients (in particular on export markets) and maintaining relationships with current ones
  • Building relationships and negotiating with strategic clients
  • Effective management of subordinate Sales Team
  • Controlling and analyzing the effectiveness of operational activities
  • Analyzing the competition, changes and industry trends
  • Managing, developing and motivating subordinate team and taking care of the individual development of key employees
  • Commitment to strategic management of the company to maintain the growth of sales trends 


  • Experience in working in a similar sales position in FMCG industry and in the international business environment
  • Experience in managing sales of Private Label category is crucial
  • Experience in management sales and business development in a wide assortment with responsibility for their result
  • Ability to forecast future market trends, competence in change management, excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Documented history of successes in managing long-term sales development strategy on international markets
  • Ability to set goals and achieve them consistently
  • Fluency in English
