The Job

For our Client, leader in the food industry and one of the most recognizable brands in Poland, we are looking for the position of Senior Brand Manager / Marketing Manager. The person holding this position will be responsible for management and development of categories within the brand. The person holding this position will be responsible for for all promotional and advertising activities as well as creating the brand image on the market. In addition, coordination and active participation in individual stages of product launch, development of advertising and promotional strategies, research of the market in terms of consumer preferences.
  • Building marketing plans and strategies for existing and new product categories
  • Creating communication strategies and short- and long-term marketing target
  • Initiation and supervision of marketing research
  • Coordination and conducting marketing analyzes
  • Planning and implementing product / category development strategies
  • Creating price positioning strategies
  • Managing entrusted marketing budget
  • Ongoing cooperation with advertising agencies and company departments
  • Preparing presentations and other materials for meetings with key clients

Requirements

  • Min. 3-5 years of experience in marketing, brand and budget management (ATL / BTL) in the FMCG industry
  • Experience in marketing team management – communication skills, ability to work in a team
  • Working Experience with market research – reports based on market data, e.g.: Nielsen, GFK
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Bachelor / Master degree in marketing or related area
  • Very good presentation skills, including public speaking skills
  • Highly developed analytical skills. Strategic thinking and long-term planning skills. Commitment, dynamism, enthusiasm and willingness to search for unconventional solutions
